RADIANT LIVING// Kosha Therapy with Kelly Sunrose
Ready to activate?
Ready to let your radiant self shimmer?
This is for you.
In the Radiant Living sessions, we will create a custom suite of daily practices to support, fortify and nourish you... with you.
You are your own medicine.
Many modalities depend on the idea that you are not okay. That you require outside forces, substances and plans to be okay. Not here. Using a blend of kosha theory, ayurveda, intuition and yoga, we'll create space for the most true aspects of yourself to shine through.
The process involves one part education, one part self-study and a big dose of feeling-in to what feels good.
What a Kosha Therapy session includes:
One 60-minute session (in kelly's studio or via call or video conference);
A custom-made suite of practices designed to nourish each aspect of yourself and instructions on how to use the practices delivered to you as a pdf-workbook along with supporting videos and audio recordings (as applicable);
A follow-up support interview via email.
Once your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a link to a pre-session questionnaire. Once this has been completed, you'll receive a link to an online calendar to schedule your call.
